I waited 2 and a half hours just to see the doctor. I truly do not understand the need to schedule an appointment if they don’t see you at that time. I never expected to wait that long. They could have told the patients prior to the visit that the wait time will be so long. Everyone speaks Spanish barely any English. Horrible experience and will never come back.

provider great. its the other staff that is crap. front desk girl (cuz you cant call her a woman w/ the way she behaves) is rude as hell. She is always yelling and screaming over the phone, you can even hear it when i am in the other clinic. SHE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND FAKE, PATEL NEEDS TO GET RID OF HER.
